Your role: Confident improviser, who enjoys direct customer interaction. Hosting an element of the experience, your role will involve greeting and entertaining guests as a member of our imaginary community. You will facilitate games and activities, while maintaining character — one of the townspeople. Most characters will have additional functions, such as selling gifts or serving drinks at the bar. Characters will have structure as part of the overall story, but we are looking for people who can build and individualise roles, making them fun, relatable and unique. While not essential, we imagine acting or immersive show experience as an advantage. Confidence with technology and a keen eye for detail, especially design arrangements, will be seen as a definite plus — customer interaction will be central to the role, but we want you to have agency over your area of the experience.
