Capital W invites you to connect through What Do You Need?, a curated series of experiences that both explore and escape the moment we’re in. Each piece is a one-on-one interaction between performer and audience member. Each one addresses a different need. Each one welcomes you however you are.
LOOK OUT || a noticing walk
An interactive experience of the ecosphere just outside your door. Stroll through your neighborhood as your guide explores his. In this era of interruption, explore connection through listening to stories and sharing your own.
SWIM FLY CRAWL || a personal dance journey
After a guided meditation centered on connecting to body and physical space, you take a 20-minute movement journey in the space of your choosing, to a playlist of diverse music and soundscapes inspired by your tastes and desires and hand-selected for you.
MY HOME IS A TEMPLE || a ritual made for you
An interactive ritual-building process to connect with your home in a new way and clear whatever pathways need clearing. Together you will plant, transform, and release what needs planting, transforming, and releasing.
DIVE || a radical bath meditation
A ritual bath designed for you using items in your home. While you bathe, explore the depths through a live, guided, nature-inspired meditation composed with you in mind, and enhanced by a live soundscape.
What Do You Need? was developed and curated by Capital W featuring the words, sounds, thoughts, and feelings of Mason Flink, Lauren Ludwig, Martha Marion, Dave McKeever, and Monica Miklas. Christina Bryan production manages the series.
