Flying with an unfamiliar co-pilot, you didn’t know you could feel so lonely so quickly. The ship only just left orbit, but you know that the journey ahead of you is going to be long. The knowing makes you feel cold, somehow, and you shiver involuntarily. It’s worth it, you tell yourself, for the many lives you’ll be saving with the medicine you’re carrying.
Your ship’s AI, GABI, speaks up. Something is wrong. Already, GABI has alerted you three times that your course has gone askew and needs to be corrected. Three times, you’ve made the correction…but your fuel for changing course is running low. And now GABI’s warning you that if you don’t fix the problem in the next 45 minutes, you and your co-pilot will never make it to Mars.
Calculations is a hour-long two-player sci-fi experience about making difficult decisions with limited time and information. You play a Captain and a First Officer aboard a vessel delivering critical medical supplies to a nascent Martian colony. Assisted by GABI, your ship’s AI, you and your co-pilot must make a crucial decision in a critical window of time…. a decision that could mean life or death for you, your co-pilot and the citizens of Mars!
