We at the Magical Help Desk, a division of Intramersive Media, proudly welcome you to our team. As you know the E.P.I.C. Event left this world open and vulnerable to magical, infernal and extraterrestrial entities crossing over into our known reality via our wireless network. Your role here at the Help Desk is one of a front line soldier seeking to bring order from chaos. You will work directly with the public, aiding them in either fixing their magical issues or troubleshooting any discrepancies with their device or the network. Tier 1 tech support is the first line the public interfaces with when they encounter magical issues. It is up to you to identify, assist and amend the issue.
