This immersive experience promises to transport guests to the high-stakes Squid Game universe for a thematic IRL competition, complete with cutting-edge technology, like no other. Guests will face a series of escalating challenges, meeting the iconic Front Man and accumulating points as they venture forth.
We are casting Male Identifying performers who are 5'11" and taller! This is an amazing opportunity to bring this experience to life! Must be local to Los Angeles, CA and have reliable transportation. This experience is located at the Television City complex 200 N. Fairfax Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036. We are delighted to announce a cast & crew call for an immersive production of The Nose, adapted by Madison Wetzell from the short story by Nikolai Gogol, and directed by Dustin Freeman, opening in early December 2023 at The Lower Case.
“The Nose” is a proto-surrealist short story from 1836 in which a mid-ranking civil servant mysteriously loses his nose on the same day his barber finds a nose in a loaf of bread. The nose is later seen disguised as a high-ranking official and trying to skip town. We are setting this adaptation in 1980s corporate New York City. The audience will be invited to wander around the space with flashlights, investigating this unsolvable mystery.

We’re seeking versatile, passionate performers for the ensemble of Lennox Mutual: Candle House Collective’s newest interactive theatre experience, performed live via phone call for one audience member at a time. Submissions are accepted worldwide.
Lennox Mutual is an open-ended installation, with multiple performers in rotation. Performances are remote (over the phone), meaning actors can perform from home — as long as they can access a quiet, private space. Schedules are created monthly and based on individual performer availability.

Personality and energy are everything for this role; we’re looking for enthusiastic and articulate actors with experience in improv and immersive theater. Experience in brand activations is a plus. A benevolent but decisive game show host, the actor should radiate confidence and be able to command the room. Physical stamina and comfort on your feet are required.

We are looking for: four performers to workshop a new script and design concept before it heads into production with Outside the March in 2024.
You will: participate in a three-week-long paid development workshop for a soon-to-be-announced production. The workshop will take place in-person in Toronto.
There is also the potential for a paid opportunity to participate further in the process during the production in spring 2024. Exact details to be confirmed.

The Mirrored Media creative department operates as the agency’s lead for creative ideation, conceptual development, experience architecture, brand storytelling and design.
We are currently seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our team to support creative development and management of new and existing clients and campaigns. The ACD will be responsible for spearheading the creative concepting and executional design of campaigns from start to finish. Tribeca exhibits immersive (XR) projects throughout the festival to showcase new forms and uses of emerging media, highlighting innovation in storytelling across a variety of platforms. These may range from virtual, mixed and augmented reality projects, 360 films, 3D films, interactive digital or multi platform projects, immersive multimedia installations, immersive audio, augmented live performances, virtual worlds. Submissions will be considered for the Tribeca Immersive Exhibition. World Premiere & International Premiere selections will also be considered for inclusion in the Main Competition and New Voices Competition. Some selections from the program may also be included in our online initiative for a global audience, pending approval by the creative team.
Project creators will also be considered for the Tribeca Creators Market, a first-of-its-kind, daylong, private industry market that brings together leading online and immersive storytellers to pitch new projects to a wide range of industry members, including distributors, agencies, brands, and more.
Eligible projects include but are not limited to virtual, mixed and augmented reality projects, 360 films, 3D films, interactive digital or multi platform projects, immersive multimedia installations, immersive audio, augmented live performances, virtual worlds, but in any event, projects must have some sort of interactive element. Linear or 2D films and traditional live performances will not be accepted.

The Conservatory of Flowers, Japanese Tea Garden, and San Francisco Botanical Garden became the Gardens of Golden Gate Park (“Gardens”) on July 1, 2022. We engage the public through key exhibits and cultural events such as our Flower Piano music festival in San Francisco Botanical Garden. The Gardens seek to develop a high quality and unique winter lights installation, authentic to the mission and brand of the gardens and our local community. This event is intended to drive members and visitation to the Gardens after regular admission hours from mid-November 2024 through early January 2025. The Gardens are also open to multi-year proposals.
The Gardens and the selected “Contract Partner” will work to create an iconic garden experience and memorable winter destination for San Francisco, the Bay Area, and beyond. The Contract Partner will create an evening garden experience, illuminating existing plants and built elements along paved trails throughout the Garden.
The responsive Contract Partner will collaboratively engage the Recreation & Parks Department and the Gardens in the program design, and lead the installation, deinstallation, and maintenance of the light activation through the run of show. The successful design will amplify the Gardens’ identity as an engaging, and accessible destination in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park and balance the daytime aesthetic of the Gardens with the required evening infrastructure . The program will also be mindful of the “ecosystem” of winter lights in the immediate San Francisco Bay Area.

Pitch immersive projects to over 25 presenters from across the country at The Immersive Immersive.
The Immersive Immersive is aiming to build a national distribution network in support of immersive art and entertainment. It will bring together leaders, programmers, marketers and board members from more than 25 presenting and producing organizations across the country, along with immersive producers, creators, and other industry professionals from around the world.
All producers, creators, and agents seeking to pitch projects at The Immersive Immersive must submit a pitch application and pay the application fee ($50 for 1–2 projects, $150 for up to 6 projects). The presenters attending the convening are primarily seeking existing projects but are also open to pitches for projects in development. We hope to feature a wide variety of projects (content, scale, financial models, venue and production needs), including site-specific or site-adaptive work, projects that fit in black box theatres, and large-scale projects requiring substantial buildouts.

JPL, NASA’s leader department in robotic space exploration; sending rovers to Mars, probes into the farthest reaches of the solar system, and satellites with one goal: advance understanding of our home planet Earth.
In 2023, Garage Stories is collaborating with NASA JPL to launching its first targeted call for creatives all over the US to come up with innovative narratives, formats and distribution strategies to engage society at large.
During the month of November, we will run an online think-thank for creatives across the US to come up with innovative narratives, formats, and distribution strategies to talk about Sea Level Rise to generate real societal impact.
The main goal of Space Stories is to use JPL knowledge to spark imaginations to share compelling stories about space and Earth exploration to catalyze a more unified humanity to navigate the biggest challenges of our century as a global community.
Who can participate: Emerging creators from different backgrounds (tech, storytelling, design, gaming, etc) based in the US. We will select 15 participants to be formed in teams of 3 people. The winning team will be invited to visit NASA JPL in Los Angeles in early 2024 to present their idea.
