Bilingual Performer/Facilitator needed to translate and perform a two-participant interactive theater experience in Spanish and English, appearing at the Without Walls Festival . Paid position, development, rehearsal and performance time compensated. Looking for engaging, flexible performers comfortable with the following:

- staged readings, performing script in hand
- responsive facilitation of live participants, ability to “read the room” and make participants comfortable
- Outdoor performance in San Diego
- Spanish/English language translation and performance
- left and right familiarity (this script is color coded for audience members on your left and right — agility and ease are needed)

Performers should be comfortable in open collaboration on a dynamic, changing script.

Meetings and script development will happen remotely in March-April. Rehearsals and performance will occur in person in San Diego the week of April 24th (local hire/must self-report).

Facilitators will receive $20/hr for rehearsing the piece, including at home time with materials, and $30/hr for performance time.
Translator will receive an additional $400 for work and consultation
