REMOTE

Virtual Event Coordinator
Adventure Architects
Term: Session Work
Compensation & Benefits: $125/session (approximately 2 hours)

LINK

Adventure Architects was established in 2018 as a small team of event producers and experience designers who create high impact team-building experiences. Pre-covid we focused on in-person company retreats and adventure trips and since Covid19 we’ve been channeling our passion for team adventures into the online format!

We’re recruiting virtual event coordinators who can combine:

(i) Virtual event operations (operating zoom meetings, broadcasting videos and music)
(ii) Working with professional hosts to deliver team building events for corporate groups.

Together, the event coordinator and event host will be a dynamic duo ensuring the success of events while encouraging our customers to work together to solve clues and challenges.

Our guests are typically online for 60 mins; we always sign on 30 mins before each event to ensure we’re prepared; sometimes a group might take a few mins longer and so the maximum event duration is 2 hours. We have virtual escape rooms, guided meditations, sales competitions and art based events! The ‘vibe’ is different for each event but the tasks performed by the Virtual Event Coordinator are similar for each one.
