Single Thread Education is looking for NON-UNION collaborators for their upcoming immersive theatrical experience, which will be performed virtually for a partner elementary school (K-grade 6) over three days this fall (exact dates to be confirmed).
Single Thread invites applicants with interest and previous experience in Theatre for Young Audiences or Arts Education for this opportunity, as well as those who are under the age of 35.

This Is Definitely Real is the world’s first Alternate Reality Cinema. We create cinematic stories released over social media as if they are real — the next generation of highly interactive, character-driven media. We are an interdisciplinary team of award winning filmmakers, immersive theater leaders, digital strategists, movement builders, and technologists.
We created a project, Dared My Best Friend to Ruin My Life, and are now primarily focused on getting it to a wide audience.
While our company was 120 at the peak, it’s now quite small and you will be one of 2–3 full-time members of the team, which will ramp up again when we are in production mode.

We’ve created the most interactive movie ever, Dared My Best Friend to Ruin My Life, released over social media as if it’s real. Our next step is pitching the project to multiple stakeholders (brands, producers, agents, influencers, streamers, etc.) and we are hiring a Pitch Materials Creator to create this new set of materials.
You should be creative, competent, and multidisciplinary, understand the pitch process, and be able to create or manage pitch deck creation and video edits.
