Together with the Head of Studio, the Creative Director is responsible for the conceptualization and ideation of all Studios projects. The Creative Director supports the Head of Studio in generating new and innovative concepts for immersive experiences based on both original and pre-existing IP and articulating those concepts through compelling creative proposals that earn support and enthusiasm from both internal and external stakeholders. The Creative Director provides leadership, inspiration, and creative vision on multiple projects simultaneously in multiple mediums and genres, for a diverse range of audiences worldwide. In partnership with the Creative Producer, the Creative Director is responsible for achieving and maintaining the creative vision of all projects and for ensuring the implementation of that vision through the project life cycle, working to ensure that all Studios projects are innovative, groundbreaking, and impactful while also ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with the organization’s goals.

This position would ideally be based in Los Angeles or New York, but we are open to considering candidates based elsewhere. This position reports to the Head of Studio.

Creative Producer

Together with the Head of Studio, the Creative Producer is responsible for the development, management, production and execution of all Studios projects. The Creative Producer defines and ensures compliance with creative goals and project rails including budget and schedule, informing and advising Head of Studio of project status and issues. The Creative Producer is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all tasks throughout project lifespan from blue sky through hand-off to operations, including those performed by both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the Creative Producer participates in project ideation, supporting and driving the development of early-stage creative assets as needed. The Creative Producer provides leadership, inspiration, and creative vision on multiple projects simultaneously in multiple mediums and genres, for a diverse range of audiences worldwide. In partnership with the Creative Director, the Creative Producer is responsible for achieving and maintaining the creative vision of all projects and for ensuring the implementation of that vision through the project life cycle, working to ensure that all Studios projects are innovative, groundbreaking, and impactful while also ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with the organization’s goals.

Looking for someone with great customer service experience and general computer know-how to help staff a large-scale digital event. ASL/ Language interpreters or multi-lingual speakers (EMEA preference) are highly encouraged to apply. You must have your own stable internet access, computer with webcam, and microphone.

We are looking to staff 6 hour shifts throughout a 24 hr period so scheduling is very flexible.

Our Docents will be located internationally to account for multiple time zones, are experienced with Topia usage, and will have an additional skill set such as ASL/interpretation.
